Pre-Construction Termite Treatment — safe, guaranteed, audit-ready
IPCS carries out pre-construction anti-termite soil treatment to IS 6313 specifications for builders and contractors in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. Treatment is synchronized with construction stages — foundation, plinth, and apron — and each project receives a stage-wise completion certificate and warranty that builders can pass on to buyers.
Problem signs
Signs you need this treatment
- New construction starting in termite-prone soil
- Handover requirements demanding an anti-termite certificate
- Buyer or architect specifications referencing IS 6313
- Neighbouring plots with known termite history

Acting early costs a fraction of acting late
Pest problems compound quietly — colonies grow, damage spreads, and treatment scope (and cost) grows with them. An inspection now settles it either way: if it's nothing, you'll know; if it's something, you'll catch it at its cheapest stage.
The inspection is free, takes under an hour, and comes with a fixed written quote — no obligation to proceed.

How the treatment works
Foundation stage
Bottom and sides of foundation trenches and column pits are treated before concreting.
Plinth filling
Each layer of earth fill is treated as it is compacted, creating a continuous chemical barrier.
Junction & apron stage
Wall-floor junctions and the external apron are treated before flooring is laid.
Certification
A stage-wise treatment record, completion certificate, and warranty are issued for handover files.
Safety & chemicals
Safe for families, pets & production lines
Treatment happens before occupancy, on open soil, using ISI-spec termiticides at prescribed dilutions. Site workers are briefed and treated areas are barricaded until absorption.
All chemicals are approved by the Central Insecticides Board and applied by technicians licensed under the Insecticides Act, 1968. MSDS documentation available for commercial clients.

FAQ
Pre-Construction Termite Treatment — common questions
What is the rate per sq ft for pre-construction termite treatment?
Rates depend on plinth area, soil condition, and the number of treatment stages required. IPCS quotes per square foot after reviewing your site plan — request a quote for a same-week rate sheet.
Will treatment delay my construction schedule?
No. Each stage takes hours, not days, and our teams coordinate with your site engineer so treatment slots into the existing pour and fill schedule.
Do you provide a certificate for handover?
Yes — a stage-wise treatment record plus a completion certificate and warranty, which builders routinely include in buyer handover documents.
Which chemicals do you use?
Central Insecticides Board–approved termiticides applied at IS 6313 prescribed concentrations. MSDS sheets are available for your project file.
Can you handle large township or industrial projects?
Yes. IPCS has treated industrial plants and housing projects across the region since 1999 and can deploy multiple teams for large pours.
